Q: I don't have an email address. Can I still purchase an online listing?

A. 

We're sorry but at this time an email address is necessary in order to purchase an online listing.

Q: I manage a number of different apartment buildings in the area, about 40 units in total. Do I have to purchase an online listing for each unit?

A. 

If you manage / own buildings with 30 or more units or have re-occurring vacancies, you may find our Premium Listing Packages better fit your needs. Contact our sales department at office@rentalapartmentfinder.com for more information.

Q: I just bought an online listing, how can I be sure that my order was taken?

A. 

If you have successfully purchased an online listing from RentalApartmentFinder.com, the last web page (Thank You page) in the order submission process will display your Web IDentification Number. This Web ID will serve as your verification that RentalApartmentFinder.com has processed received your order you will get confirmation email from us when your listing verified and active

Q: What is a Web ID?

A. 

An online listing ID is short for Web Identification Number. You receive your Web ID after RentalApartmenFinder.com has successfully processed your order for an online advertisement. The Web ID appears on the last web page in the order submission process and is a numeric number such as 8041

Q: How can I make changes to my listing?

A. 

Go to the User Login page on RentalApartmenFinder.com. By entering your e-mail address and password ,you will be redirected to page to make changes to your live listing under "My Listings" tab. You can edit rents, contact information and amenities. You can also suspend or renew your listing. If you need to make other changes, please email your requests through Express contact us form and be sure to include your Web ID Number.

Q: How do I find my listing on RentalApartmenFinder.com?

A. 

To view your listing simply perform a search on RentalApartmenFinder.com for the community and rent range that fits your property. Your search result set will contain your property's listing. It may not appear on the first page of properties, and you will have to scroll through all properties matching your search criteria by clicking on the "Next " button located at the bottom of the page.
 
Another option is to use the Quick Search feature at the RentalApartmenFinder.com homepage. Type in the City and State that you listed your property under. Again, scroll through the ads till you come upon yours.

Or simply search by using Web ID at the homepage and insert your listing ID number to

Q: How do I include a photo with my listing?

A. 

You may include up to 6 photos and 10 Photos with your listing at no additional cost in Silver Package and Gold package respectively. During the online listing creation process, the instructions will prompt you on how to attach your photos to the listing. If for any reason, the system is unable to accept your photos, you may attach them to an e-mail addressed to Listings@RentalApartmentFinder.com. Please include the Web ID Number that appears on screen at the end of the Listing creation process. It serves as a reference whenever you correspond with RentalApartmenFinder.com regarding your online Listing.

Q: Why would my photo(s) be rejected?

A. 

Please Note: In order to comply with housing guidelines, RentalApartmenFinder.com must reject photos if they contain any of the following: people, alcohol or tobacco products, religious or holiday items, branded items (such as Mickey Mouse, Coca-Cola, etc.), or if the photos were copyrighted by someone other than yourself. Please check your photos for these issues before you upload them. Submitting a photo in violation of these standards will delay the processing of your advertisement.

Q: How do I get a copy of my online listing?

A. 

You may print out your Listing from the RentalApartmenFinder.com site at any time.

Q: My apartment is rented but my listing is still posted online. How do I get a refund or credit?

A. 

All sales are final. RentalApartmenFinder.com will not issue refunds. However, you may suspend your Listing by Logging In your account in home page or e-mail listing@RentalApartmenFinder.com to have your Listing removed from the website. Please be sure to include your Web ID Number to be used as a reference number to locate your Listing.

Q: I've placed more than one listing on RentalApartmenFinder.com. How will I be able to distinguish these ads on my credit card bill?

A. 

The Web ID Number provided by RentalApartmenFinder.com when you submitted your Listing will appear in the line item information on your credit card bill.

Q: I would like to extend my online listing. How can I do this?

A. 

Go to the User Log In page on RentalApartmenFinder.com. By entering your e-mail address & Password you can access to renew your old/existing listing. Before renewing, you have the option for making any changes to your listing.

Q: What if I don't have a property name?

A. 

Use this space to include an Listing Headline such as " 2 Bedroom Dream Home Near Lake." This is a required field so please include either a property name or a headline.

Q: How specific does my property address need to be?

A. 

A Complete address will ensure that those who respond to your listing are interested in your location. For example "111 Bay Street" is more specific than "Downtown Toronto."
Moreover driving directions & to find nearby is easier with specific address.

A. 

Enter the number where you would like to be reached by those interested in your listing.

Both are required and will be displayed on your listing. Those interested will contact you by the method of their choice.

The only thing you are required to enter is a rent price for at least one unit. All other fields are optional.
